Instructions for Application and Registration

• Fill out your details in the application form: https://www.iafqe.org/application/
• Educators, principals, and teachers can apply under Category 01 or Category 02.
• Schools can apply under Category 03.
• The Academic Committee will evaluate all applications and recommend applicants who are suitable to participate in the conference.
• IAFQE will inform applicants of their eligibility to participate in the conference via email.

• After receiving confirmation of eligibility to participate in the conference and Edu-Entertainment & Sightseeing Tour (Ramayana Locations Tour) in Sri Lanka via email or WhatsApp, applicants must complete their registration by submitting the registration form and paying either the full conference registration fee or an initial payment of USD 100.
• Submit the registration form to complete the registration process:https://iafqe.org/con/regconference/ 
• Applicants will receive a payment acknowledgment receipt and registration number via email.
• Registered applicants will be added to the “IAFQE International Conference Delegates Community” WhatsApp group. All guidance and important information will be shared directly through this group.
• After registration, applicants will receive access to the conference portal: https://www.iafqe.org/portal
• Registered delegates must pay the remaining balance of the registration fee via bank transfer at least 10 days before the conference.
