We are pleased to announce that the International Awarding Ceremony 2025 will be held on October 27th, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Main Auditorium, Western Province Provincial Council, No. 204, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla, Colombo.
This prestigious event will recognize and celebrate the achievements of educators in the fields of STEAM education and educational research. Certificates and medals will be awarded by the Vice Chancellor of Vijayabhoomi University, India.
Eligibility for Participation and Recognition
Educators who meet any of the following criteria are eligible to register and participate in the Awarding Ceremony:
Completion of the International Diploma in STEAM Education (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, or Stage 4)
Submission of a research paper for the International Research Paper Competition
Participation in the International Conference on Quality Education 2025, held in India

Registration Fee
The registration fee for participation in the Awarding Ceremony is LKR 6,000.00 per participant.
Certificate and Course Policy
A single registration fee is applicable, regardless of the number of certificate programs or courses completed.
What the Registration Fee Covers
The registration fee is allocated to cover key operational and ceremonial expenses, including:
Venue Charges: Rental and usage of the conference hall and related facilities
Academic Cloaks for Awardees: Provision of ceremonial cloaks for teachers receiving certificates
Printing and Documentation: Design, printing, and distribution of certificates and related materials
International Delegate Expenses: Travel, accommodation, and honoraria for international delegates contributing to teacher development in Sri Lanka
Human Resource Costs: Payments for organizing staff and support personnel
Logistics and Transport: Local transportation and other logistical arrangements
Awarding Ceremony Operations: All remaining costs associated with organizing and executing the ceremony
