Education

The aim of the IAFQE is to “empower 21st-century skills and spiritual well-being in children by enhancing the quality of education by empowering STEAM education, employability, entrepreneurship, green education, and mindfulness.”

All the countries in the world try to upgrade their education systems to achieve SDG 4: Quality Education. Schools in every country use multidisciplinary education approaches to upgrade the quality of education.

Multidisciplinary education is an approach to learning that takes into account different disciplines, subjects, and perspectives. It encourages students to broaden their learning beyond traditional boundaries, explore multiple perspectives, and cultivate new skills. This type of learning allows students to develop a more comprehensive understanding of any given topic and to better integrate knowledge from different fields.

As a multidisciplinary education approach, many countries try to use the STEAM model in education. STEAM education is an approach to learning that uses science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.

Education should be focused on the holistic development of the child. He or she should be empowered with 21st-century skills. He or she should be a spiritually well-being person. Not only the theoretical knowledge, every child should have capabilities for employability, entrepreneurship, environment, and mindfulness.

We should not train children for existing jobs. We should empower children to be competent for future jobs. That’s the employability we must develop. By adding the techniques of STEAM education, we can actually make a difference and empower our youth for the future workforce. not only that, but to be a good entrepreneur.

STEAM has been identified as the most successful approach to developing children with modern competence. Most schools are implementing or trying to implement the STEAM approach in their classrooms. but it is a challenge. The best thing is to learn from the experts. absorbing their best practices, knowledge, and research findings, making it easy to understand and implement the STEAM approach more productively.

A conference is not an event. It is a process of quality upgrading. Therefore, now we conduct live interview series with expertise in many countries. Live interviews will be held daily until conference day. We invite experts in STEAM education to participate in a live interview to share their best practices, knowledge, experience, competencies, and research findings.
