01. Introduction

The International Conference on Quality Education 2024 will be held on January 20th–24th, 2024, in Mumbai, India, with the participation of global leaders in education, school owners, principals, educators, teachers, and special VIPs in many countries.

The conference will be focused on “empowering 21st-century skills and spiritual well-being in children by enhancing the quality of education by empowering STEAM education, employability, entrepreneurship, green education, and mindfulness.”

Presentations will be focused on school curricula, teaching learning methods (pedagogical approaches), assessment and evaluation systems, capacity building of teachers, leadership and school management, school environment, and the quality and standards of schools, which are essential to be upgraded rapidly to develop skills that are essential for the 21st century and the spiritual well-being of children.

Speakers will emphasize empowering STEAM education  in the school system. STEAM Education is an approach to learning that takes into account different disciplines, subjects, and perspectives. It encourages students to broaden their learning beyond traditional boundaries, explore multiple perspectives, and cultivate new skills. This type of learning allows students to develop a more comprehensive understanding of any given topic and to better integrate knowledge from different fields.

Individuals have to face the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) situation of the present global society. The conference will emphasize ways to develop skills essential to the 21st century as well as the mindfulness of the individual to be a skilled and spiritually well-being person to overcome the competitiveness of global society. The conference will be a platform to discuss new strategies, research findings, and best practices to identify new frameworks for that.

The conference is organized by the International Association for Quality Education (IAfQE), which is an international non-profit education association working to upgrade the quality of education to achieve Sustainable Development Goal No. 4: Quality Education in 2030.

12. Themes for the Presentations:

Education should be focused on the sustainability of individuals, countries, and global society. Indeed, with the quickly changing employment landscape and global ecosystem, it is becoming increasingly critical that children not only learn but, more importantly, learn how to learn. Education thus must move towards less content and more towards learning about how to think critically and solve problems, how to be creative and multidisciplinary, and how to innovate, adapt, and absorb new material in novel and changing fields. Pedagogy must evolve to make education more experiential, holistic, integrated, inquiry-driven, discovery-oriented, learner-centered, discussion-based, flexible, and, of course, enjoyable. The curriculum must include basic arts, crafts, humanities, games, and sports.
and fitness, languages, literature, culture, and values, in addition to science and mathematics, to develop all aspects and capabilities of learners and make education more well-rounded, useful, and fulfilling for the learner. Education must build character and enable learners to be ethical, rational, compassionate, and caring, while at the same time preparing them for gainful, fulfilling employment.
