Speakers will emphasize empowering STEAM education in the school system. STEAM Education is an approach to learning that takes into account different disciplines, subjects, and perspectives. It encourages students to broaden their learning beyond traditional boundaries, explore multiple perspectives, and cultivate new skills. This type of learning allows students to develop a more comprehensive understanding of any given topic and to better integrate knowledge from different fields.
Individuals have to face the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) situation of the present global society. The conference will emphasize ways to develop skills essential to the 21st century as well as the mindfulness of the individual to be a skilled and spiritually well-being person to overcome the competitiveness of global society. The conference will be a platform to discuss new strategies, research findings, and best practices to identify new frameworks for that.
The conference is organized by the International Association for Quality Education (IAfQE), which is an international non-profit education association working to upgrade the quality of education to achieve Sustainable Development Goal No. 4: Quality Education in 2030.

02. Problem Statement
The world is undergoing rapid changes in the knowledge landscape. With various dramatic scientific and technological advances, to overcome the challenges of global society, children need multidisciplinary abilities. Practically, the school system is facing challenges to fulfil the needs of global society.
The gap between the current state of learning outcomes and what is required must be bridged through undertaking major reforms that bring the highest quality, equity, and integrity into the system, from early childhood care and education to higher education. lack of collaboration and international forums among the countries for major reforms.
The STEAM Education education approach of schools to develop children with 21st-century skills and prepare them for a rapidly changing world is not practically implemented in classrooms at a satisfactory level in many schools.
Curriculums, teaching-learning processes, and assessment and evaluation methodologies in schools are not being rapidly upgraded to be compatible with STEAM education approaches and fast-moving global needs.
Lack of international platforms for educators to share best practices, research findings, and innovative ideas to upgrade the quality of existing curricula, teaching-learning methods, and assessment and evaluation methodologies to empower STEAM education
Teacher empowerment and capacity-building mechanisms for educators and educational managers should be upgraded to fulfil the needs of a dynamic society.

Education should be focused on the sustainability of individuals, countries, and global society. Indeed, with the quickly changing employment landscape and global ecosystem, it is becoming increasingly critical that children not only learn but, more importantly, learn how to learn. Education thus must move towards less content and more towards learning about how to think critically and solve problems, how to be creative and multidisciplinary, and how to innovate, adapt, and absorb new material in novel and changing fields. Pedagogy must evolve to make education more experiential, holistic, integrated, inquiry-driven, discovery-oriented, learner-centered, discussion-based, flexible, and, of course, enjoyable. The curriculum must include basic arts, crafts, humanities, games, and sports. and fitness, languages, literature, culture, and values, in addition to science and mathematics, to develop all aspects and capabilities of learners and make education more well-rounded, useful, and fulfilling for the learner. Education must build character and enable learners to be ethical, rational, compassionate, and caring, while at the same time preparing them for gainful, fulfilling employment.
