03. Submit Registration Form

04. Conference Registration Details

We are pleased to announce that participation in the upcoming conference will be limited to 100 delegates (individuals and schools), comprising a maximum of 50 participants from India and 50 participants from other countries.

Registration Process:
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your place, we strongly encourage early registration.

Confirmation of Registration:
Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee and submission of the completed registration form.

What the Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee entitles participants to the following benefits:

• Conference Participation 
  Access to all conference sessions.

• Presentation Opportunity:
  A dedicated 8-minute slot for delivering a Research Paper Presentation, Paper Presentation to share academic best practices.

• Publication Opportunity:
  Selected research papers and articles will be published in the International Journal for Quality Education.

• Virtual Pre-Conference Participation:
  A 20-minute presentation slot on a virtual international platform as part of the Pre-Conference Activities Series.
  Additionally, participants will be involved in an international project focused on capacity development in education.

  A separate certificate will be awarded, co-signed by dignitaries from universities in four countries, recognizing participation in the pre-conference activities.

• School Visits (International Delegates):
  School visits and interective sessions with Acedemic staff of schools 

• Awards, medals, mementos, and certificates for presenters according to the category I, II, III
• Lunch and refreshments during conference days and school visit days only.

Allocation of Registration Fees

All proceeds from registration fees will be allocated to:

• Conference organization and logistics

• Production of awards, medals, and mementos

• Capacity-building initiatives and welfare activities organized by IAFQE
  (IAFQE is a registered non-profit organization)

Accommodation and Transportation

Accommodation will be arranged at selected partner hotels. Participants may book accommodation independently or through the organizing committee.

Please note:

•  Accommodation will be available upon request but are not included in the registration fee.

• Airport pick-up and drop-off services will be available upon request but are not included in the registration fee.
