03. Submit Registration Form

04. Conference Registration Details

Only 50 delegates (individuals and schools) will have the opportunity to participate in the conference.

Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we encourage you to complete your registration in advance.

Registration is confirmed upon payment of the initial fee, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the conference.

The registration fee includes:

Lunch and refreshments during conference days

Awards, mementos, medals, and certificates

- All income from registration fees will be allocated to:
- Conference organizing expenses
- Costs of awards, medals, and mementos
- Capacity development projects and welfare activities of IAFQE
(IAFQE is a non-profit organization)
- Accommodation will be arranged at nominated hotels. Participants may book directly or through the organizing team.
Note: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. - Airport pick-up and drop-off facilities will be available but are not included in the registration fee.
- Please note: The registration fee is non-refundable.
