Registration Form Final Examination

If you wish to enroll in any certificate or diploma course, you must complete the registration process by paying the required examination registration fee. Videos for all courses have been uploaded to YouTube, and anyone can watch them and gain knowledge. However, to issue certificates, the competencies of learners need to be evaluated. For that purpose, individual supervision and evaluation processes must be conducted.
WhatsApp Community Groups
All registered applicants at each level will be added to dedicated WhatsApp Groups. These groups will be used to share important updates, guidance, and announcements related to the examination process.
Sri Lanka Education – Education Management System
All lectures, assignments, final examinations, and official communications are managed through the “Sri Lanka Education” mobile application, which serves as our official Education Management System (EMS).
If you already have login credentials (username and password), you may access course materials, assignments, and class activities directly through the app.

Assessment & Evaluation Fees
To maintain the quality of assessment and evaluation, staff members are assigned to review answer scripts, observe live presentations, and assess digital projects. While this work was previously done on a voluntary basis, ongoing quality assurance requires a modest contribution to support these efforts.
Accordingly, a fee of LKR 3,000 will be charged per candidate (per level) enrolled in the International Diploma in STEAM Education, covering supervision and assessment expenses.
The examination registration fee is charged to cover the expenses of candidate supervision and assessment payments.
When teachers from government schools in Sri Lanka follow these courses, if their own school principal agrees to act as the supervisor and assessor for his/her staff members, those government teachers do not need to pay the examination registration fee. However, they still have to submit the examination registration form. (Instead of uploading a payment slip, they can upload their official ID or any document proving that they are government employees. for payment details you can add any details to skip those fields)

Programme Offered:
International Diploma in STREAM Education
(Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4)
Programme Structure:

Level 1: International Diploma in STREAM Education – 3 months

Level 2: International Diploma in STREAM Education – 3 months
-
Level 3: International Diploma in STREAM Education – 3 months

Level 4: International Diploma in STREAM Education – 3 months
Upon successful completion of each level, participants will receive a certificate for the respective level.
After completing all four levels, participants will be awarded the Final International Diploma in STREAM Education.
Participants may complete two levels concurrently, depending on their time availability.
Registration is required prior to commencing each level, and a registration number will be issued for the relevant level.
After registration, participants will be added to the relevant WhatsApp group, through which all academic guidance and support will be provided.
The International Awarding Ceremony is scheduled to be held in May 2026.
Participants who register now and successfully complete the relevant levels will be eligible to receive their certificates at the awarding ceremony.
International Diploma in Quality Education
The International Diploma in Quality Education is structured into a series of independent modules, allowing participants to complete each module separately according to their individual learning plans.
Upon successful completion of each module, participants will be awarded an International Certificate for the respective module. Participants who successfully complete all required modules will be eligible to receive the International Diploma in Quality Education.
Prior to commencing any module, participants are required to complete the registration process and obtain an examination number for the relevant module.
The International Awarding Ceremony is scheduled to be held in May 2026. Participants who register now and successfully complete the relevant modules will be eligible to receive their certificates at the International Awarding Ceremony.
Medium of Examination
The final examination and all assignments may be completed in English or in the candidate’s mother tongue.
