Inclusions in the Registration Fee
- Access to all conference sessions
- Morning refreshments, lunch, and evening refreshments
- Transport from the hotel to the venue on conference days
- Awards, mementos, medals, and certificates
- Transport for sightseeing from January 1st to 6th in a super luxury bus
- The total sightseeing tour covers approximately 800 km and includes visits to the provinces, districts, and cities of Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Badulla, Bandarawela, Monaragala, Mattala, Hambantota, Matara, Galle, and Colombo.
- The individual transport cost of USD 100 is included in the registration fee.

Delegates have to manage Air Tickets by themselves
Accommodation
Accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee.
Accommodation (Double Occupancy) for January 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 2026 will be avalable at the Uva Management Development Training Institute for all foreign delegates with breakfast around 15 USD (4500 LKR). (for one person it will be cost 7.5 USD)

Airport Pickup
Airport pickup services are not included in the registration fee.
Transport by a four-seater car from the airport to a hotel in Colombo typically costs USD 25–30.
AC Bus will come to Airport to pick up delegates on January 1st early morning 4.00 am to 6.00am. if delegates come directly they have to come to a hotel in colombo to manage early days.
Airport Drop-off
All delegates will be dropped off at the airport at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on January 6th, 2025.
You may schedule your departure date and time accordingly.
If anyone needs to stay a few additional days, they may be dropped off at a hotel near the airport and stay there as they prefer.
Transport by a four-seater car from the venue to a nearby hotel typically costs less than USD 4.
Breakfast Arrangements
Breakfast is not covered by the registration fee. Normally breakfast is included for room charges in hotels.
Dinner Arrangements
Dinner is not covered by the registration fee. However, a variety of reasonably priced dining options are available at the hotel and in nearby restaurants. Dinner is avalable in same hotel around 2 USD as special rate or if you take outside it will be 4 – 5 USD.
Optional: Full Coverage of Excluded Expenses
If you would like the IAFQE to arrange all exclusion-related expenses, an additional USD 150 will be charged on top of the registration fee.
Entrance Tickets for Sightseeing
Some historical sites may charge entrance fees, which are not included in the registration fee.
Mobile Sim:
It is strongly recommended to purchase a mobile SIM card at the Sri Lankan airport. With a data package, the SIM card will cost approximately USD 6 at the airport.
