We are pleased to announce that participation in the upcoming conference will be limited to 100 delegates (individuals and schools), comprising a maximum of 50 participants from Sri Lanka and 50 participants from other countries.
Registration Process: Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your place, we strongly encourage early registration.
Confirmation of Registration: Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee and submission of the completed registration form.
What the Registration Fee Includes
The registration fee entitles participants to the following benefits:
Conference Participation Access to all conference sessions.
Presentation Opportunity: A dedicated 8-minute slot for delivering a Research Paper Presentation, Paper Presentation to share academic best practices.
Publication Opportunity: Selected research papers and articles will be published in the International Journal for Quality Education.
Virtual Pre-Conference Participation: A 20-minute presentation slot on a virtual international platform as part of the Pre-Conference Activities Series. Additionally, participants will be involved in an international project focused on capacity development in education.
A separate certificate will be awarded, co-signed by dignitaries from universities in four countries, recognizing participation in the pre-conference activities.
School Visits (International Delegates): School visits and interective sessions with Acedemic staff of schools
Awards, medals, mementos, and certificates for presenters according to the category I, II, III
Lunch and refreshments during conference days and school visit days only.
The International Conference on Quality Education 2026 will be conducted as a collaborative initiative between the International Association for Quality Education and C4Cenery, India, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Uva Province, Sri Lanka. Eight-minute presentation slots will be assigned to registered educators on a first-come, first-served basis.
All members of C4Cenery are kindly invited to complete their registration at the earliest opportunity in order to secure a presentation slot at the International Conference on Quality Education 2026.

When teachers/educators from government schools in Sri Lanka follow these lecture series, if their school principals or senior officers agree to act as the supervisors and assessors for their staff members, those government teachers/educators can complete the assessment process. However, they must still submit the application form, and the supervisor must submit the continuous assessment sheet.
Many educators wish to follow the lecture series and obtain certificates. Since they are located across different geographical regions of the world, technological integration becomes a powerful and convenient tool for easy access. Therefore, the Sri Lanka Education Management System has been adopted for the assessment and evaluation process. By using your username and password, you can log in to the ERP system and access all assessments, question papers, and learning materials required to qualify for international certificates and other professional benefits.
If educators wish to submit assignments through the digital platform and learn with the support and guidance of the Education Management System (EMS), it is recommended that they obtain access to the EMS.
