04. Conference Registration Details

We are pleased to announce that participation in the upcoming conference will be limited to 100 delegates (individuals and schools), comprising a maximum of 50 participants from Sri Lanka and 50 participants from other countries.

Registration Process:
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your place, we strongly encourage early registration.

Confirmation of Registration:
Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee and submission of the completed registration form.

What the Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee entitles participants to the following benefits:

• Conference Participation 
  Access to all conference sessions.

• Presentation Opportunity:
  A dedicated 8-minute slot for delivering a Research Paper Presentation, Paper Presentation to share academic best practices.

• Publication Opportunity:
  Selected research papers and articles will be published in the International Journal for Quality Education.

• Virtual Pre-Conference Participation:
  A 20-minute presentation slot on a virtual international platform as part of the Pre-Conference Activities Series.
  Additionally, participants will be involved in an international project focused on capacity development in education.

  A separate certificate will be awarded, co-signed by dignitaries from universities in four countries, recognizing participation in the pre-conference activities.

• School Visits (International Delegates):
  School visits and interective sessions with Acedemic staff of schools 

• Awards, medals, mementos, and certificates for presenters according to the category I, II, III
• Lunch and refreshments during conference days and school visit days only.

The following expenses are not included in the registration fee. An estimated preliminary financial outline will be provided here for reference.

Airport Transfers:	Airport pickup and drop-off services are not included in the registration fee. Transportation by a four-seater car from the airport to a hotel in Bengaluru typically costs between USD 20 and 30.	Download uber App or use Uber
Meals Arrangements:	Morning refreshment, lunch, and evening refreshments will be provided only on conference days. Participants are responsible for all meal expenses on other days or outside the scheduled sessions. (The cost of a dinner in India is approximately USD 2-3.)
If you expect to stay in India for 7 days you can cover all your expenses within USD 100.

Reason to Charge Conference Registration Fee

The International Association is a non-profit, internationally oriented educational organization. As a non-income-generating entity, it does not receive government funding or financial support from external sources to cover the costs associated with organizing this conference.

To ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees, several essential arrangements have been made. These include four days of transport in luxury air-conditioned buses to allow participants to enjoy the scenic beauty of Sri Lanka, as well as accommodations for three nights during the conference period.

Additionally, participants will receive commemorative mementos and awards in recognition of their contributions and achievements. These items, along with individual logistical arrangements, contribute to the overall cost incurred per participant.

As the organization is not in a financial position to subsidize participant costs, all attendees are required to pay the registration fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounts or waive the fee for any participant.

The registration fee is collected to cover these individual expenses. Organizational costs such as venue rental, staff salaries, administrative support, and other operational expenses are not included in this registration fee and are borne separately by the association.
