“Sri Lanka Education” Mobile App for a Productive Education Process

The International Association for Quality Education (IAFQE) is an internationally recognized organization based in Sri Lanka, dedicated to improving the quality of education through innovation, collaboration, and capacity building. We work closely with global education stakeholders to enhance best practices and build meaningful networks among institutions, educators, and students.

In today’s rapidly changing world, technological transformation in education is not only timely but essential. As we collectively strive to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), IAFQE has introduced a cutting-edge Education Management System (EMS) that supports schools, higher education institutions, training institutes, and pre-primary centers. Sri Lanka Education Mobile app was introduced to Sri Lankan universities, institutes and schools as well as pre school sector as an Education Management System (EMS).

Sri Lanka Education Mobile App 

The Sri Lanka Education mobile app is an integrated digital platform designed to modernize university, institute, and school operations, as well as academic processes. Key features include:

• For Owners and Senior Management: Monitoring, supervision, and performance evaluation

• For Principals and Administrative Officers: Efficient management of academic and administrative activities

• For Education Officials: Real-time monitoring and reporting functionalities

• For Teachers: Access to syllabi, lesson plans, teaching guides, and classroom management tools

• For Students: Access to online classes, assignments, assessments, certificates, and more

Professional Development Opportunities through Sri Lanka Education mobile app

IAFQE is also pleased to offer a range of professional development programs, including:

1. International Professional Development Program for Educators (Free Online Lecture Series)
Participants who complete the full assessment and evaluation process through the EMS will receive international certificates.

2. International Research Competition for Quality Education
All lectures and guidance will be delivered online. Research paper assessments will be conducted through the EMS.

3. Diploma Course in STREAM Education
Participants who complete the full assessment and evaluation process through the EMS will receive internationally recognized diploma certificates.

4. Child Caregiver Program (Free Online Lecture Series)
Participants who complete the full assessment and evaluation process through the EMS will receive certificates.

To ensure accessibility, the system is offered at a minimal cost of USD 1 (LKR 325) per student per month, which covers:

Honoring Service for Early Childhood Development (ECCD) Teachers in Sri Lanka

Preschool teachers in Sri Lanka can access all features of the Sri Lanka Education mobile app at a rate of LKR 1000 per student for a six-month period.

Early Childhood Development (ECCD) teachers can complete all courses free of charge and obtain international certificates through Sri Lanka Education mobile app.

Participants with access to the Sri Lanka Education mobile app can conveniently:

• View lecture videos

• Access lecture notes

• Submit assignments

• Participate in online evaluations

In addition, you will get opportunity to prepare and use  year plans, weekly plans, daily plans, and lesson plans aligned with the Sri Lanka Early Childhood Curriculum Framework and international standards.  This system helps minimize pre-preparation and documentation workload, while improving productivity in the teaching and learning process. It also enables teachers to upgrade their teaching practices to meet national and international standards through the Sri Lanka Education mobile app.

Teachers will become SMART educators, utilizing digitalized tools for their day-to-day work.

ECCD teachers in Sri Lanka are required to pay only LKR 1000 for a six-month period. Interested teachers who wish to access these facilities, adapt to modern technology for professional development, and utilize digital resources for lesson planning are encouraged to complete their payment and submit the registration form to obtain EMS access.
