International Conference Series on Quality Education

As part of its mission, IAFQE organizes a distinguished series of international conferences across various countries. These events provide both virtual and in-person platforms for sharing cutting-edge knowledge and research related to quality education.

Each conference is conducted over a three-month period and includes:

• A virtual platform for showcasing research, innovative practices, and educational insights

• A physical conference where selected papers are presented and participants engage in global networking

Educators and professionals from around the world are invited to:

1. Present their research studies online or in-person at the international conference

2. Publish their research papers in the International Journal for Quality Education

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their work, gain international recognition, and receive awards for excellence and career achievements. For those unable to attend physically, virtual participation is fully supported, including eligibility for recognition during the awards ceremony held on the final day of the physical conference.

About the 2025 Conference (16th Edition)

The International Conference on Quality Education 2025 (16th Edition) is a globally recognized forum that convenes leading educators, researchers, academic professionals, students, school leaders, policymakers, educational technologists, industry representatives, and international delegates.

The next edition will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education – Uva Province, Sri Lanka, and Vijaybhoomi University, Mumbai, India, and organized by the International Association for Quality Education.

All presenters must complete the registration process to be eligible to participate in either the virtual or physical segments of the conference.

Post-Acceptance Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Following the acceptance of the abstract, participants are required to adhere to the following steps to ensure successful inclusion in the conference proceedings:

1. Submission of Full Paper
   The applicant must upload the full research paper on or before October 20, 2025.

2. Payment for Publication
   The applicant is required to complete the payment process related to the research publication.

3. Pre-Conference Presentation
   A comprehensive presentation of the research study must be delivered during the pre-conference activities.
   Duration: 20–30 minutes.

4. Abstract Publication
   The International Association for Quality and Excellence (IAFQE) will publish all accepted abstracts in the official research journal, which will be released during the conference.

5. Onsite Presentation Opportunity
   Applicants attending the conference in person will be allocated 8 minutes to present their research papers.

6. Eligibility for Certificate and Award
   Participation in the conference (either in person or online) is required to be eligible for the publication certificate and award consideration.

7. Online Participation
   Applicants presenting online will be eligible to receive their certificate and any awards via courier.

Publication and Participation charges 

Note:
Registered non-Sri Lankan participants of the International Conference on Quality Education are not required to pay a registration fee. They are eligible to participate free of charge. However, they must follow the above guidelines and complete all required steps in order to receive a certificate and be considered for awards related to their research publication.
