The International Association for Quality Education (IAFQE) is a non-profit international organization dedicated to advancing the quality of education worldwide. Global Conference Series on Quality Education
As part of its mission, IAFQE organizes a distinguished series of international conferences across various countries. These events serve as both virtual and physical platforms for the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge and research related to quality education.
Each conference is conducted over a three-month period and includes:
- A virtual platform for showcasing research, innovative practices, and educational insights
- A physical conference where selected papers are presented, and participants engage in global networking
Educators and professionals from around the world are invited to submit their work and participate as:

The central objective of the International Conference on Quality Education 2025 is to:

Registration and Submission Guidelines
All presenters must complete the registration process to be eligible for participation in either the virtual or physical segments of the conference.
Abstract Submission Deadline: All keynote speakers and paper presenters are required to submit their abstracts on or before the official closing date.
- Closing Date to submit Abstracts for physical conference : August 01st, 2025
- Registered participants must submit their abstracts related to the pre-conference presentations at least one week prior to their scheduled presentation

Registration Fee and Financial Transparency
As non-profit organizations, IAFQE and SAIA4ECCD implement a wide range of educational initiatives and provide free professional development to thousands of educators. They also manage digital platforms and resources to ensure widespread access to educational content.
To support the operational infrastructure—including web platforms, staffing, logistics, and administrative costs—a registration fee is required. These funds are allocated as follows:
- A portion supports IAFQE and SAIA4ECCD’s core operations
- The remainder funds the organization of the conference, including awards and logistics
Despite ongoing efforts, registration fees from previous conferences have not covered operational costs. At present, these expenses are sustained by the personal contributions of the management team. Neither governmental nor private sector funding has been received to date.
Therefore, we extend an open invitation for financial support and sponsorships to help scale the impactful work being conducted under the IAFQE and SAIA4ECCD umbrella and to continue advancing global educational transformation in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
