03. Submit Payment Details to Complete Registration
Although you made the payment, until you submit payment details, your payment is not updated. Upload your payment details using the following form.
After you upload your payment details, you will receive an email with the payment acknowledgement and details for registration for the conference.

Special Notice for foreign applicants
- “Only 100 delegates (individuals and schools) will have the opportunity to participate in the conference.
- Registration will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, please complete your registration in advance.
- Registration can be completed by paying 150 USD; the remaining balance can be paid on or before August 10th in USD.
- The registration fee includes only the conference fee, lunch, refreshments for conference days (November 26th, 27th, and 28th), and the cost of awards, mementos, medals, and certificates.
- All income from the conference fee will be spent on organizing expenses of the conference, the cost of awards, medals, and mementos, and to cover expenses for capacity development projects and all other welfare activities to maintain IAFQE (IAFQE is a non-profit-oriented organization).
- Accommodation will be arranged at nominated hotels. Participants can book directly or through the organizing team. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Double occupancy with breakfast can be arranged from 1500 INR upwards for one night in Bangalore, India.
- Facilities will be provided for airport pick-up and drop-off. This cost is not included in the conference fee.”
