“The International Association for Quality Education (IAfQE) is a non-profit international association. Its aim is to empower 21st-century skills and spiritual well-being in children by enhancing the quality of education through STEAM Education, Employability, Entrepreneurship, Green Education, and Mindfulness.
The association primarily focuses on school curricula, teaching methods (pedagogical approaches), assessment and evaluation systems, capacity building of teachers, leadership and school management, school environment, and the quality and standards of schools. These aspects are essential to rapidly upgrade in order to develop skills crucial for the 21st century and promote the spiritual well-being of children.
Key 21st-century skills include creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication skills, technological literacy, information literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, adaptability in a multicultural society, social responsibility and ethics, global and cultural awareness, civic literacy, and responsibility.
Spiritual well-being is not tied to any specific religious or spiritual practice or ideology but refers to the overall quality of a human being.
Curricula, teaching methodologies, assessment, and evaluation methods should be upgraded with a focus on STEAM education, employability, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, and mindfulness. This holistic approach aims to develop children who can navigate the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
Without the child’s safety and well-being, it is difficult to be concerned about holistic development or quality education for children. For the child’s safety and well-being, a collaborative effort involving families, communities, schools, healthcare providers, social services, and policymakers is needed for physical, emotional, psychological, social, as well as food safety. Therefore, IAFQE will pay more attention on prioritizing preventive measures, early intervention, and ongoing support to create environments where children can thrive and reach their full potential.”

International Project for Capacity Development of Teachers
“The ‘International Project for Capacity Development of Teachers’ is organized by the IAFQE in collaboration with SAIA4ECCD to enhance the competencies of teachers and elevate them to international standards as master teachers and master trainers.
Lecture series on STEAM Education, Communication skills in English, Employability in Education, Entrepreneurship in Education, Mindfulness in Education, and Greening Education will be conducted, and teachers can choose to follow any subject stream based on their preferences.
Any teacher in the global community can apply for the ‘International Project for Capacity Development of Teachers.’ Based on their performance in continuous assessments and final assessments, they can attain qualifications as master teachers or master trainers at the upcoming international conference on quality education.
Qualified educators can join the ‘International Project for Capacity Development of Teachers’ as resource persons, offering them the opportunity to work as academic facilitators to enhance the quality of teachers as master teachers and master trainers. Based on the performance of resource persons, they are eligible for the ‘International Contribution for Quality Education’ awards at the international conference on quality education.
Additionally, lecture series are conducted on professional subjects such as Special Education, Pedagogy, Curriculum Development, Assessment and Evaluation, and Child Rights and Protection focusing teacher students and school leavers who are expecting to join to teaching profession. have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications in these areas after completing the lecture series and assessment process.”
