In the evolving global education landscape, quality education remains a cornerstone for sustainable, inclusive, and progressive societies. Recognizing excellence in educational practices fosters innovation, encourages global collaboration, and sets new standards for educational success.

The International Awarding Ceremony for Quality Education – 2025 is a flagship initiative aimed at recognizing and celebrating exceptional contributions by educators, institutions, and education leaders who are advancing the quality of education through STEAM integration, research-driven practices, and child-centered teaching methodologies.

Aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, this initiative also serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement and professional development across the educational sector.

🎯 Project Objectives:

• To recognize and honor schools and early childhood education centers implementing STEAM education and modern teaching methodologies.

• To promote research-focused, inclusive, and innovative educational practices.

• To provide a global platform for sharing best practices and success stories.

• To motivate educators and institutions to continuously improve educational quality.

• To strengthen regional and international networks for education development.

🌐 Background Activities:

As part of this initiative, a series of online professional development programs were conducted to empower educators with the knowledge and skills needed for modern education. These sessions focused on:

• STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) education

• 21st-century teaching strategies

• Holistic child development and spiritual well-being

To highlight the progress and achievements of educators and students, a collaborative Facebook platform—“STEAM Education in South Asian Countries”—https://www.facebook.com/groups/ipfcdofteachers) was established. This active online community continues to serve as a knowledge-sharing space where educators showcase their innovations, learn from peers, and strengthen quality education across the region.

🏆 Who Can Apply:

Are you a passionate educator or school leader driving transformation in your learning environment? If you can answer “yes” to the following, you are eligible to apply:

• ✅ Are you an ECCD Center or School owner/Principal?

• ✅ Have you implemented STEAM education in 2025?

• ✅ Have you introduced modern teaching methodologies in your classrooms?

• ✅ Have you shared your activities on the “STEAM Education in South Asian Countries” Facebook group?

If yes — you are eligible to participate in this prestigious international recognition event.

🎓 Awards & Recognition:

Winners will be honored with certificates, medals, and excellence awards, based on a structured evaluation process. Recognitions will be awarded in categories such as:

🏅 Awards will be presented by the Vice Chancellor of Vijaybhoomi University, India, along with other distinguished education leaders.

05. Special Notice for Applicants

• “Only 100 delegates (individuals and schools) will have the opportunity to participate in the conference.
• Registration will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, please complete your registration in advance.
• Registration can be completed by paying initial payment and the remaining balance can be paid 07 days before tp the conference. 
• The registration fee includes only the conference fee, lunch, refreshments for conference days, and the cost of awards, mementos, medals, and certificates.
• All income from the conference fee will be spent on organizing expenses of the conference, the cost of awards, medals, and mementos, and to cover expenses for capacity development projects and all other welfare activities to maintain IAFQE (IAFQE is a non-profit-oriented organization).
• Accommodation will be arranged at nominated hotels. Participants can book directly or through the organizing team. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. 
• Facilities will be provided for airport pick-up and drop-off. This cost is not included in the conference fee.”

• After you apply for the International Summit for Quality Education, you will receive an letter for registration.
• After you receive the letter for registration you need to pay your registration fee to the South Asian International Association for Early Childhood care and Development (SAIA4ECCD). (Registration is handled by the SAIA4ECCD on behalf of IAfQE). 
• Necessary details for the transaction are available from here.
• After you complete the payment Click here to Register as Keynote Speakers/Participants to the Summit.
• After you complete registration form you will be added to WhatsApp Group of Registered Keynote Speakers/Participants 
• Any Assistance to get visa, Air tickets are available through “Registered Keynote Speakers/Participants” WhatsApp Group
• All the updates of the summit will be shared through “Registered Keynote Speakers/Participants” WhatsApp Group

All Registration Fees of the Keynote Speakers/Participants will go to cover expenses of the summit and to upgrade quality of the Early Childhood Care and Development  Sector in South Asian Countries.  Therefore Registration fees needs to transfer to the above account and all the expenses are handled by SAIA4ECCD on behalf of IAFQE.
